Your free trial runs for 60 days from the day you sign up. We don't ask for a credit card to start, and we don't charge until the trial ends. You'll get a reminder a few days before so nothing surprises you.
A unit is any rentable apartment, condo, or space in your building — basically, anything a tenant can lease. Common areas like lobbies and hallways don't count — those exist only for asset tracking and never bill.
No. The onboarding wizard is built into the product and walks you through adding your buildings, units, and tenants step by step. If you'd like a guided session with us, we'll set it up with you on a call — also free during your trial.
No subscription. When a tenant pays rent online they pay a flat processing fee: $6.50 by bank transfer, or 3.2% + 30¢ by card. You can choose to cover the $5.00 processing part of the bank-transfer fee yourself, so your tenants pay $1.50.
You receive the rent in full and pay nothing for payouts; the tenant's fee covers processing. Bank transfer is $6.50 per rent payment — $5.00 to Stripe and $1.50 to Traizor. Card is 3.2% + 30¢, which covers Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ plus a small Traizor margin, and is always paid by the tenant. The only deduction you can choose is covering the $5.00 bank-transfer processing fee for your tenants. Rent lands in a Stripe account in your name, which you can also sign in to at dashboard.stripe.com. Standard payouts are free; Stripe's optional instant payouts carry Stripe's own fee.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings — no calls, no retention scripts. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, so you keep full access until then. Change your mind before that date? You can reactivate with a single click.
